1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of YourCoder (yourcoder.in), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

YourCoder provides high-performance web development, security auditing (VAPT), and custom digital solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice to maintain elite quality standards.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code frameworks, and design elements created by YourCoder remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, the client is granted an exclusive license to use the product for its intended commercial purpose.

4. Payment Terms

For all projects, a 50% advance payment is required to commence development. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and strictly before the final handover of server credentials or source code.

5. Limitation of Liability

YourCoder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or security breaches on third-party servers.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
